With a collective strength of 5 brands, we have more than 123 million monthly users that trust in our dedication to providing them with the best platform for their needs.As the Inside Sales Account Manager, you will play a dual role in driving revenue while ensuring a smooth onboarding and operational experience for clients. You will combine proactive sales activity with strong administrative and coordination responsibilities, managing both the commercial relationship and the backend processes required to successfully onboard, support and retain client accounts. Acting as a key point of contact for customers, you will have to move fluidly between sales, account management and operational tasks, ensuring clients are effectively onboarded, supported and engaged throughout their lifecycle.In this role, you will:Sales & Business Development:Proactively engage existing and potential clients via phone, email and digital channels to generate new business and grow existing accountsManage a pipeline of prospects and opportunities, contributing to monthly and quarterly revenue targetsIdentify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across products and servicesMaintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs and ensure strong account relationshipsAccount Management & Client Success:Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring a high‑quality client experienceConduct onboarding sessions and training to ensure clients understand and fully utilise the platform or serviceProvide ongoing performance reviews, insights and support to maximise client value and retentionRe‑engage inactive or lapsed accounts to drive renewed usage and revenueOperational & Administrative Support:Manage backend interfaces and internal systems to support client onboarding, account setup and service activationMaintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activity and onboarding progress within CRM and internal systemsCoordinate onboarding processes, documentation and account configuration to ensure smooth client activationSupport in preparing reports, dashboards and account updates to track client engagement and performanceWork alongside the administration team to provide cover and operational support where requiredAssist with wider administrative processes to ensure continuity of service across the teamLiaise with internal teams, including finance, marketing, support and product to resolve client queries and operational requirementsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Business AdministrationValid car and driving licence.1‑3 years of experience as a sales consultant in the Real Estate or similar fieldsExperience in Online Marketplaces is a plusBasic knowledge of sales processesHighly computer literate and online savvyProficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to deliver excellent customer experienceAbility to deliver engaging presentationsGood Administrative skillsGood Work EthicGoal‑oriented and ambitious, with capacity and drive to reach and exceed quotasFlexible – Willing/able to adjust to the needs of the companyBenefitsA fast paced, high performing teamMulticultural environment with over 60 different nationalitiesCompetitive Tax‑free SalaryComprehensive Health InsuranceAnnual Air Ticket AllowanceEmployee discounts at multiple vendors across the emiratesRewards & RecognitionsLearning & DevelopmentBayut & dubizzle is an equal opportunity employer.
