Innovation Project Associate (Saudi Arabia)

Eram Talent is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Innovation Project Associate to join our innovative team in Saudi Arabia. The Project Associate supports the Innovation Program Manager in the operations and execution of the Innovation programs within the Entrepreneurship Center. The role entails the detailed leading with different parties for the programs and communication with the participants to manage the full process of the Innovation programs from design to execution. The role will be responsible for working with internal and external partners, facilitating, and leading the activities required to run the Innovation programs.ResponsibilitiesPerform applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of the employee’s knowledge, skills, and abilities in the field of her/his position.The role will be responsible for the execution of the Innovation programs in partnership with key local and global players.Leading communication with internal and external stakeholders to execute the programs successfully.Curate top talent to participate in the programs in partnership with the local and international universities.Facilitate and co-deliver innovation activities and programs such as icebreakers, design sprints, ideation sessions and mentorship.Liaise with other KAUST units in support of finalizing agreements to produce innovation program content.Facilitate day to day meetings with partners to plan and execute innovation programs.Monitor participation through onboarding and navigating program content.Work with the marketing team on the planning, development and production of internal and external Marketing materials and publicationsFacilitates the creation of content for Innovation programs to be delivered to the KAUST Marketing department.Represent KAUST Entrepreneurship Center in local and international events and conferences.Assist in implementing strategies for creating a comprehensive mechanism to communicate and manage innovation programs portfolio.Support other programs within the Entrepreneurship Center in facilitating and delivering their training, sessions and workshops.Bachelor's degree in Business, Innovation Management, Engineering, or a related field.2-4 years of experience in project management, innovation, or related areas.Understanding of project management methodologies and tools.Strong research and analytical skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in teams.Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.Experience in facilitating workshops and engaging with stakeholders is a plus.Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is preferred.Salary is not a constraint ,company is looking for right candidate.#J-18808-Ljbffr
