Innovation Director

<div><p>The Innovation Director leads the company’s innovation and transformation agenda, driving the development and execution of high-impact initiatives aligned with strategic objectives. This role focuses on fostering a culture of innovation, adopting emerging technologies, and enabling sustainable transformation, in line with Beyond Company’s mission to enhance institutional performance across public and private sectors.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Develop and lead the organization’s innovation strategy aligned with business goals.</li><li>Lead, manage, and develop the innovation team directly, including setting objectives, allocating tasks, and building team capabilities, while overseeing team growth and expansion through talent acquisition and organizational structuring, and managing all related projects, initiatives, and workstreams to ensure alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives.</li><li>Design and implement innovation and transformation initiatives, leveraging modern technologies.</li><li>Oversee the full lifecycle of innovation initiatives from ideation to execution and evaluation.</li><li>Establish innovation frameworks, methodologies, and performance measurement tools to ensure effectiveness and scalability.</li><li>Foster a culture of creativity, experimentation, and continuous improvement across the organization.</li><li>Collaborate with government entities and strategic partners to develop innovative solutions aligned with Saudi Vision 2030.</li><li>Monitor innovation performance using KPIs and provide regular insights and reports to executive leadership.</li><li>Identify emerging trends, technologies, and opportunities that can drive business growth and transformation.</li><li>Represent the company in innovation-related events, forums, and industry engagements.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications and Experience</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.</li><li>10–12 years of experience in innovation, transformation, or strategic program leadership.</li><li>Experience working with government entities or leading consulting firms is highly preferred.</li><li>Strong knowledge of innovation management, digital transformation, and emerging technologies.</li><li>Professional certifications such as Design Thinking or Innovation Management are preferred.</li><li>Exceptional leadership, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
