Injection Molding Technician

Roles and Responsibilities: Operate and manage injection molding machines, ensuring they are set up correctly and running efficiently. Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues, ensuring minimal downtime. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on injection machines and molds. Conduct mold changes, set ups, and adjustments based on production requirements. Ensure the quality of products by monitoring and adjusting machine parameters as needed. Monitor and maintain inventory of spare parts and materials to ensure timely availability. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at all times. Work closely with production teams to meet production schedules and resolve any technical issues. Record and report machine performance data, maintenance activities, and any issues encountered during operations. Desired Candidate Profile: Experience with different types of injection molding machines and molds. Proficiency in using computer controlled equipment. Previous experience in a supervisory or lead technician role is a plus. Proficiency in English; basic Arabic is a plus.
