Kindly note that completing the assessment is required to be considered for this opportunity.</p><h3>Responsibilities:</h3><h3>User&System Support</h3><ul><li>Provide first‑line IT support across core systems and tooling (MacOS, Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, etc)</li><li>Support users on‑site and remotely across multiple time zones</li><li>Manage user setup, access, roles and permissions in line with defined policies</li><li>Support onboarding and off‑boarding of staff and devices</li><li>Install, configure and support workstation hardware, software, printers and phones</li><li>Provide basic user guidance and support on approved tools and systems</li></ul><h3>Operational Administration</h3><ul><li>Assist with application rollouts, upgrades and troubleshooting</li><li>Support local office networks, VPN endpoints and connectivity infrastructure</li><li>Ensure operating systems and applications are kept up to date in line with security and performance standards</li><li>Maintain clear documentation of systems, issues and resolutions</li></ul><h3>Process, Security&Improvement</h3><ul><li>Follow defined IT and security procedures, escalating complex or high‑risk issues to the IT Service Lead</li><li>Ensure security standards and policies are applied in day‑to‑day IT work</li><li>Support compliance and ISO‑related activities under guidance</li><li>Contribute to continuous improvement of IT processes, documentation and tooling</li><li>Test and provide feedback on new tools and technologies where appropriate</li></ul><h3>Skills&Experience</h3><h3>Required</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)</li><li>Hands‑on experience providing IT support in a MacOS and SaaS‑based environment</li><li>Familiarity with:</li><ul><li>Mac OS environment</li><li>Google Workspace administration</li><li>Common collaboration tools (eg Slack, Notion)</li><li>Basic networking concepts</li></ul><li>Strong troubleshooting, problem‑solving and communication skills</li><li>Ability to work independently within defined procedures and escalate appropriately for security, automation or governance‑related matters</li><li>Willingness to learn and develop in a regulated, technology‑driven business</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours to cover EU timezone</li></ul><h3>Preferred / Nice to Have</h3><ul><li>2 years experience in a similar IT support or junior systems role</li><li>Exposure to professional IT certifications (or interest in pursuing them)</li><li>Basic awareness of cryptocurrency and blockchain concepts</li><li>Flexible working hours with hybrid WFH</li><li>A brand‑new modern office near Dubai Marina</li><li>Monthly team lunches, and a very healthy team events budget</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
