Kindly note that completing the assessment is required to be considered for this opportunity.Responsibilities:User & System SupportProvide first‑line IT support across core systems and tooling (MacOS, Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, etc)Support users on‑site and remotely across multiple time zonesManage user setup, access, roles and permissions in line with defined policiesSupport onboarding and off‑boarding of staff and devicesInstall, configure and support workstation hardware, software, printers and phonesProvide basic user guidance and support on approved tools and systemsOperational AdministrationAssist with application rollouts, upgrades and troubleshootingSupport local office networks, VPN endpoints and connectivity infrastructureEnsure operating systems and applications are kept up to date in line with security and performance standardsMaintain clear documentation of systems, issues and resolutionsProcess, Security & ImprovementFollow defined IT and security procedures, escalating complex or high‑risk issues to the IT Service LeadEnsure security standards and policies are applied in day‑to‑day IT workSupport compliance and ISO‑related activities under guidanceContribute to continuous improvement of IT processes, documentation and toolingTest and provide feedback on new tools and technologies where appropriateSkills & ExperienceRequiredBachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)Hands‑on experience providing IT support in a MacOS and SaaS‑based environmentFamiliarity with:Mac OS environmentGoogle Workspace administrationCommon collaboration tools (eg Slack, Notion)Basic networking conceptsStrong troubleshooting, problem‑solving and communication skillsAbility to work independently within defined procedures and escalate appropriately for security, automation or governance‑related mattersWillingness to learn and develop in a regulated, technology‑driven businessAbility to work flexible hours to cover EU timezonePreferred / Nice to Have2 years experience in a similar IT support or junior systems roleExposure to professional IT certifications (or interest in pursuing them)Basic awareness of cryptocurrency and blockchain conceptsFlexible working hours with hybrid WFHA brand‑new modern office near Dubai MarinaMonthly team lunches, and a very healthy team events budget#J-18808-Ljbffr
