Information Technology Specialist

We are looking for an IT Technical Support professional to join our team and support retail technology operations across multiple locations.Key Responsibilities:Install, configure, and maintain POS systems and related peripheralsTroubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issuesSupport CCTV systems and network infrastructure (routers, switches, access points)Manage internet connectivity and coordinate with service providersProvide technical support for desktops, laptops, and business applicationsMonitor and maintain WAN, VPN, and site connectivitySupport new store openings and system implementationsPerform regular maintenance, updates, and system documentationHandle helpdesk tickets and ensure timely issue resolutionRequirements:Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field1–2 years of experience in IT Technical Support in the retail sector (required)Strong knowledge of POS systems, CCTV platforms, and networkingExperience with Microsoft 365, Windows, and Active DirectoryFamiliarity with ERP systems and ticketing toolsGood communication skills in Arabic & EnglishWillingness to travel between locations#J-18808-Ljbffr
