Information Technology Specialist

<div><p>We are looking for an IT Technical Support professional to join our team and support retail technology operations across multiple locations.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Install, configure, and maintain POS systems and related peripherals</li><li>Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues</li><li>Support CCTV systems and network infrastructure (routers, switches, access points)</li><li>Manage internet connectivity and coordinate with service providers</li><li>Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, and business applications</li><li>Monitor and maintain WAN, VPN, and site connectivity</li><li>Support new store openings and system implementations</li><li>Perform regular maintenance, updates, and system documentation</li><li>Handle helpdesk tickets and ensure timely issue resolution</li></ul><h3>Requirements:</h3><ul><li>Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field</li><li>1–2 years of experience in IT Technical Support in the retail sector (required)</li><li>Strong knowledge of POS systems, CCTV platforms, and networking</li><li>Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows, and Active Directory</li><li>Familiarity with ERP systems and ticketing tools</li><li>Good communication skills in Arabic&English</li><li>Willingness to travel between locations</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
