Information System Manager

Are you an experienced IT professional with expertise in managing enterprise systems and ensuring secure efficient operations We are seeking an Information Systems Manager to oversee our technology infrastructure support investment operations and drive digital transformation initiatives.This role is pivotal in ensuring our firms information systems align with business needs while meeting the highest standards of security and compliance in the financial sector.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan develop and manage the firms information systems to support investment operations and business processes.Oversee IT infrastructure networks databases and applications ensuring high availability and security.Collaborate with senior management to align IT strategy with business objectives.Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols to safeguard sensitive financial and client data.Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers; evaluate and deploy new technologies as required.Ensure compliance with UAE regulatory frameworks (DFSA/ADGM/ESCA) and international data protection laws.Lead IT projects including system upgrades migrations and integrations ensuring timely delivery within budget.Provide technical support and training to internal teams to maximize system utilization.Monitor and evaluate system performance identifying opportunities for improvement.RequirementsBachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field (Masters degree or professional certifications such as ITIL CISSP or CISM preferred).Minimum 5 years of experience in managing information systems in an investment firm financial services or a regulated environment.Strong knowledge of financial systems cybersecurity network architecture and enterprise software.Proven experience in regulatory compliance within the UAE financial sector (DFSA ADGM).Excellent leadership problem-solving and project management skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors.#J-18808-Ljbffr
