Job Description

An established creative and digital agency is seeking a Brand Partnerships Manager who has Influencer Marketing Sales experience to drive strategic collaborations with brands, platforms, creators, and external partners across the UAE and wider GCC region.This role focuses on identifying new revenue opportunities, developing partnership strategies, and building relationships that strengthen the agency’s commercial offering and creative output.The ideal candidate will combine strong commercial instincts with relationship‑building skills and a deep understanding of brand storytelling, digital marketing trends, and the influencer ecosystem.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and secure strategic partnerships with brands, platforms, and content collaborators aligned with business objectives.Develop and negotiate partnership agreements, sponsorships, and co‑branded campaign opportunities.Build and maintain strong relationships with brand partners, creators, media platforms, and industry stakeholders.Collaborate closely with internal teams including creative, strategy, content, social, and media to deliver partnership initiatives.Develop pitch materials, proposals, and presentations for potential partners and clients.Manage partnership agreements, timelines, deliverables, and performance tracking.Stay up to date with industry trends, platform innovations, and consumer behaviour across the UAE and GCC markets.Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand visibility.Generate new business opportunities through outreach, referrals, market research, and networking.Manage the full sales cycle from initial pitch through to negotiation and closing of agreements.Maintain and grow existing client and partner relationships through upselling and strategic account development.Track sales activity, pipeline progress, and performance metrics through CRM systems and report regularly to senior leadership.Experience & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.5–7 years of experience in brand partnerships, business development, or marketing.Experience working within media, advertising, digital marketing, or influencer‑related industries is preferred.Proven ability to develop and close partnership or sponsorship agreements.Strong understanding of brand positioning, storytelling, digital marketing trends, and regional consumer behaviour.Fluency in English required; Arabic is an advantage.Key Performance IndicatorsValue and number of partnerships secured.Revenue generated through partnership initiatives.Success and impact of co‑branded campaigns.Partner and client satisfaction levels.Contribution to market visibility and industry presence.Commercial & Strategic SkillsSponsorship and collaboration structuringCommercial negotiation and deal closingPerformance analysis and reportingRelationship ManagementCross‑functional collaborationUnderstanding of regional cultural dynamicsExcellent presentation and pitching skillsAbility to influence stakeholdersStrategic thinking and opportunity identificationConfident public representation and networkingThank you for your application.
