Industrial Engineer - Process Improvement Specialist (Pakistani/African candidates preferred)We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Industrial Engineer to join our team in Haur-Fakkan, UAE. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and productivity. We are looking for candidates from Pakistan or Africa who can bring their unique perspectives and expertise to our organization.Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate current manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement- Develop and implement process improvement strategies- Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to streamline processes and reduce waste- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of new processes- Monitor process performance and make adjustments as needed- Conduct time studies and create work standards for production operations- Train employees on new processes and proceduresRequirements:- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field- Minimum of 3 years experience in process improvement within a manufacturing setting- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems and implement solutions- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work well in a cross-cultural environment- Fluency in English is required, proficiency in Arabic is a plusWe offer competitive salary, accommodation, and the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization.
