Industrial Engineer

We are currently seeking an entry-level Industrial Engineer to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar. This is a contract position open to all nationalities, with no specific English language requirement.As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving production processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers without experience to gain valuable skills and knowledge in the field of industrial engineering.Key Responsibilities:Conduct time and motion studies to identify areas for improvement in production processesDevelop and implement new methods and procedures to increase productivity and reduce wasteAnalyze data and create reports on production efficiency, cost savings, and other key performance indicatorsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including production, supply chain, and quality control to implement process improvementsUse statistical tools and methods to analyze data and make informed decisionsMonitor production equipment performance and propose solutions for optimizationEnsure compliance with safety regulations and company policiesRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related fieldFresh graduates or candidates with less than 1 year of experience are welcome to applyStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations based on findingsKnowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles is preferred but not requiredExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environmentWillingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing environmentsWe offer a competitive salary package along with free visa sponsorship, flight ticket, and other benefits.
