As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for improving the efficiency and productivity of our manufacturing processes.Responsibilities:- Analyze current production processes and identify areas for improvement- Develop and implement new methods and procedures to increase efficiency- Design layouts for production lines and facilities to optimize workflow- Conduct time studies to establish standard work procedures- Identify opportunities for cost reduction through process improvements- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of new processes- Train and educate employees on new procedures and technologiesRequirements:- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field- Proven experience in process optimization and efficiency improvements- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions- Proficient in CAD software for facility design- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environmentPreferred Qualifications:- Experience working with Malayalee or Egyptian nationals- Fluency in English- Previous experience with visa sponsorship- Fresh graduates are welcome to applyJoin us as we strive towards continuous improvement and growth.
