OverviewIndustrial Engineer - Quality Control (Egyptian candidates only)As an Industrial Engineer specializing in Quality Control, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective production of goods in our manufacturing facility located in Haur-Fakkan, UAE. Your main goal will be to improve the overall quality and productivity of our production processes by analyzing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing new strategies to optimize efficiency.ResponsibilitiesConduct regular quality control checks on production processes and products to ensure they meet industry standardsAnalyze data from quality control checks and identify areas for improvementDevelop and implement new processes or procedures to improve efficiency and reduce wasteCollaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot any issues with production processesMonitor production schedules and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines while maintaining high quality standardsTrain employees on new processes and procedures as neededStay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to quality controlRequirementsBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related fieldProven experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry preferredStrong analytical skills with attention to detailAbility to use data analysis software programs such as Minitab or JMPExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal (fluency in English is required)Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies is a plusMust be willing to relocate to Haur-Fakkan, UAE (candidates from Egypt preferred)If you are a highly motivated individual with a passion for improving production processes through quality control measures, we encourage you to apply for this position.
