OverviewJob Title: Industrial Engineer - Process Improvement SpecialistLocation: Ar-RuwaisWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team in Ar-Ruwais. As a Process Improvement Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and productivity.ResponsibilitiesConduct time and motion studies to identify areas for improvement in production processes.Develop and implement plans to streamline production, reduce waste, and increase output.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and areas of concern.Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for all production processes.Train and educate employees on new processes and procedures.Lead continuous improvement projects to drive cost savings, quality improvements, and increased efficiency.Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in process improvement.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.Minimum of 5 years experience in process improvement within a manufacturing environment.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement.Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies is preferred.Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.Salary: 1100$ per monthThis is a full-time position open to all nationalities.
