Industrial EngineerWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team in Ar‑Ruwais, Qatar. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for optimizing production processes and systems in order to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall quality.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct time and motion studies to analyze production processes and identify areas for improvementDevelop and implement strategies to optimize production flow, reduce waste and increase productivityUtilize data analysis tools to identify trends and make data‑driven decisionsWork closely with production teams to streamline processes and improve workflowDesign layouts for production facilities, considering factors such as space requirements, ergonomics, and safety regulationsIdentify opportunities for automation and implement new technologies to increase efficiencyDevelop cost‑benefit analyses for proposed process improvementsMonitor production performance and provide recommendations for improvements as neededCollaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop new products or improve existing onesTrain staff on new processes and proceduresRequirementsBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in industrial engineering or a similar roleStrong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and methodologiesExperience with data analysis tools such as Six Sigma or Statistical Process Control (SPC)Excellent problem‑solving skills with the ability to think critically and creativelyProficient in project management techniques and toolsKnowledge of automation technologies is preferredAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environmentStrong communication skillsPreferred RequirementsFluency in EnglishPrevious experience working in Qatar or the Middle East regionFamiliarity with Arabic languageWe offer a competitive salary package along with visa sponsorship for selected candidates.
