This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company in the heart of Qatar.ResponsibilitiesConduct time and motion studies to analyze production processes and identify opportunities for improvement.Develop efficient production layouts and workflows to optimize productivity and reduce waste.Utilize statistical analysis to evaluate data and make data‑driven recommendations for process improvements.Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement process changes and monitor their effectiveness.Identify opportunities for cost savings through process improvements or sourcing alternative materials or suppliers.Analyze production schedules and capacity utilization to ensure efficient use of resources.Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality in production processes.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.Proficient in time study methods, process mapping, value stream mapping, statistical analysis, and other lean manufacturing tools.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions.Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Preferred QualificationsExperience working in the construction industry or related field.Knowledge of Six Sigma methodology.Familiarity with AutoCAD or other CAD software.Working ConditionsThis is a part‑time position with flexible working hours. The employee must have their own visa.
