OverviewIndustrial Engineer - Lusail, Qatar (Indian Nationals Preferred)We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing efficient processes and systems in our manufacturing facilities. Your role will involve analyzing production data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to increase productivity, reduce waste and optimize resources.ResponsibilitiesConduct time and motion studies to analyze current production processesIdentify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize production efficiencyDesign and implement new processes, tools or equipment as neededDevelop layout plans for manufacturing facilities to maximize space utilizationAnalyze data from production reports to identify trends and areas for improvementCollaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvementsMonitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are metTrain staff on new processes or equipment as neededRequirementsBachelor\'s degree in Industrial Engineering or related fieldProven experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environmentIn-depth knowledge of production processes, lean principles and Six Sigma methodologiesStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret dataExcellent problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsIndian nationality preferred but not requiredBenefitsWe offer a competitive salary package along with visa sponsorship.
