We are a dynamic, expanding company with exciting opportunities in language/culture, training/education/instruction, IT, cyber security, and intelligence (analysts, CI, HUMINT, SIGINT, etc.).We are seeking an Industrial Control Systems (ICS) Technician for a position at Al-Udeid Air Base in Qatar.As the Industrial Control Systems (ICS) Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of industrial control systems, ensuring efficient, safe, and reliable operation of HVAC and associated critical infrastructure systems.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSInstall, maintain, and troubleshoot Industrial Control Systems (ICS) for HVAC and related building automation systemsMonitor, calibrate, and optimize HVAC control systems to maintain optimal performance and energy efficiencyDiagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and software‑related issues in control panels, PLCs, sensors, actuators, and other IICS componentsPerform routine preventive maintenance on control systems and HVAC equipment to ensure compliance with operational standardsCollaborate with engineering teams to implement system upgrades, modifications, and enhancementsDocument all maintenance, repairs, and system changes accurately in accordance with organizational and regulatory requirementsEnsure compliance with safety standards, including electrical, mechanical, and industrial safety protocolsProvide technical support and guidance to junior technicians and operations personnelEDUCATION & EXPERIENCEHigh School Diploma or equivalentMinimum of five (5) years of experience specializing in IICSProven experience with HVAC control systems, building automation systems, and industrial control systems (PLC, DCS, SCADA)Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, sensors, actuators, and control panel componentsHands‑on experience with troubleshooting and repairing IICS equipmentFamiliarity with safety and quality standards in industrial and military facilities is a plusAbility to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and technical manualsStrong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skillsADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTSMust possess a valid U.
