The company's commitment to excellence ensures a collaborative and dynamic work environment for its employees.</p><h3>Role Description</h3><p>This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Riyadh Region for an In-Stores Barista Training Specialist. The role involves developing and implementing training programs to enhance the barista team's skills in food preparation and beverage creation. Key responsibilities include delivering hands‑on training sessions, ensuring best practices in customer service, and maintaining quality standards. The specialist will also provide mentorship to new baristas, monitor their progress, and ensure they meet performance expectations.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>1. Supporting barista operations in the stores and training initiatives for the employees in the stores</li><li>2. Assist in managing day‑to‑day barista activities, including calibration, production, inventory management, and quality control in the stores</li><li>3. Developing training programs for barista staff, conducting training sessions, and ensuring compliance with food safety procedures.</li><li>4. Work closely with the management team to implement operational improvements, evaluate training effectiveness, and provide ongoing support to barista staff.</li><li>5. Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment, fostering teamwork, and upholding customer service standards.</li><li>6. Checking the products quality in the stores after implementation of the barista operations as per standards</li><li>7. Confirms the availability of the barista products in the stores</li><li>8. Contributes to the barista staff schedule to ensure the availability of the required staff in the store</li><li>9. Applying the company policies and working to achieve its goals according to the ethics, rules&regulations.</li><li>10. Performing any other task assigned by the direct manager related to the field of work.</li></ul><h3>Key Performance Indicators / Measures of Success</h3><ul><li>Issues solving %</li><li>Quality of training programs</li><li>Efficiency of operational standards</li><li>Products’ availability in the stores</li></ul><p><b>Computer Skills:</b>Very good in MS office&Internet browsing</p><p><b>Languages:</b>English&Arabic will be an added advantage</p><h3>Ideal Experience</h3><ul><li>1-2 years’ experience in similar position in reputable company</li><li>3 years’ experience in barista sections in stores</li><li>Excellent leadership skills</li><li>Excellent teamwork skills</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Proficiency in barista skills, including coffee and beverage preparation</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with team members</li><li>Proven customer service abilities to drive excellent guest satisfaction</li><li>Experience and knowledge of high-quality food preparation practices</li><li>Organizational and mentoring skills to develop and monitor team performance</li><li>Flexibility and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment</li><li>Previous experience in a similar role and knowledge of training practices is a plus</li><li>Basic understanding of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage preparation</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
