ID INSPECTOR / SPECIALIST HUDAYRIYAT ISLAND

Job ResponsibilitiesConduct regular site inspections to ensure interior design works comply with approved drawings specifications and quality standards.Review and validate ID materials mockups and finish samples for approval.Coordinate with design consultants contractors and suppliers to address IDrelated issues and ensure timely resolution.Monitor and report on progress of ID works and flag any discrepancies or delays.Ensure compliance with local regulations client requirements and project specifications.Prepare inspection reports snag lists and followup on rectifications.Evaluate workmanship and detailing in ID installations including joinery ceilings partitions wall finishes and flooring.Support project teams in maintaining high standards of aesthetics and functionality.Participate in handover procedures and quality assurance processes for interior areas.Key QualificationsBachelors degree in Architecture Interior Design or related field.Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role with a design consultancy background.Proven experience working on UAE/GCC interior design projects.Strong technical expertise in highend ID finishes materials and construction detailing.Good knowledge of UAE building codes and interior regulations.Excellent communication and coordination skills.Attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics and quality.Must be currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately.Vertical: Digital Engineering#J-18808-Ljbffr
