Job Title: IBOR Stream LeadLocation: UAE (On-site)Contract Duration: 9 MonthsStart Date: April 2026 (Immediate / Short Notice)Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced IBOR Stream Lead to support a critical investment platform implementation project in the UAE. The consultant will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of the Investment Book of Records (IBOR) stream, ensuring alignment with business, operational, and technical requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the IBOR stream within an investment platform implementation programDrive end-to-end design, configuration, and delivery of IBOR solutionsCollaborate with front-office, middle-office, and operations stakeholders to define requirementsEnsure accurate setup of positions, transactions, valuations, and performance calculationsOversee data migration, reconciliation, and validation processesManage integration points between IBOR and other systems (e.g., ABOR, risk, accounting)Provide subject matter expertise on investment lifecycle processes (trade capture to reporting)Lead workshops, stakeholder discussions, and solution design sessionsEnsure delivery is aligned with project timelines, governance, and quality standardsSupport testing phases including SIT, UAT, and production readinessKey RequirementsStrong hands‑on experience with SimCorp Dimension (mandatory)Proven track record delivering IBOR implementations or transformationsDeep understanding of Investment Book of Records (IBOR) frameworks and data modelsExperience working as a Stream Lead / Functional Lead on large‑scale programsSolid knowledge of:Trade lifecycle (Front‑to‑Back)Portfolio management & valuationPerformance measurementReconciliation processesExperience in data migration and system integration within investment platformsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to operate in client‑facing, high‑pressure environmentsNice to HavePrevious experience working in the Middle East / UAEExposure to multi‑asset classes (Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, etc.)Experience with ABOR / Accounting modules is a plusFluent English (mandatory); additional languages are a plusJob DetailsRole Level: Not ApplicableWork Type: Full‑TimeCountry: United Arab EmiratesCity: Dubai#J-18808-Ljbffr
