OverviewProvide certified IBM professionals for administration and support of IBM infrastructure technologies.Manage and support IBM AIX Power systems SAN storage arrays (V7000/V9000), Brocade SAN switches, and IBM TSM/Spectrum Protect backup solutions.Ensure proactive monitoring, preventive maintenance, and timely patching of systems.Prepare documentation and reports according to agreed templates.Coordinate with vendors for escalations and warranty claims.Ensure compliance with ITIL processes, ISO/ISMS frameworks, and company policies.Manage and provide access to IBM systems, facilities, and monitoring tools.Approve system changes through participation in the Change Advisory Board (CAB).Ensure availability of network connectivity and datacenter resources.Define and approve Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Plan (BCP) test schedules.Integrate IBM infrastructure with VMware, Oracle, and Microsoft environments.Deliver secure, reliable, and compliant managed services for IBM technologies.#J-18808-Ljbffr
