Our mission is to bring transparency, access, and clarity to the prop trading space.Role MissionAt Prop Firm Match, the IB Specialist plays a key role in driving revenue growth by building and optimizing broker partnerships. You will develop relationships with brokers, position PFM effectively within the broker ecosystem, and create strategies that maximize commissions and long‑term partnership value. This role goes beyond relationship management, it requires a strong commercial mindset, understanding of the trading ecosystem, and the ability to identify and unlock revenue opportunities. Success in this role means taking ownership of broker relationships and consistently increasing commission‑based revenue through strategic positioning and execution.Performance ObjectivesBuild and manage high‑value broker relationshipsIdentify, reach out to, and onboard relevant brokers globallyBuild and maintain ongoing communication with broker partnersDevelop strong positioning of PFM within broker networksAct as the main point of contact between PFM and broker partnersIdentify opportunities to expand collaboration and partnership scopeSuccess looks like: A strong network of broker partnerships that actively contribute to PFM’s growth and market positioning.Develop and execute commercial strategy for IB revenue growthAnalyze current broker relationships and identify revenue gapsDevelop strategies to increase commission generation and deal valueOptimize partnership structures and commission modelsContinuously test and refine approaches to improve performanceAlign IB strategies with overall business and growth objectivesSuccess looks like: Measurable and consistent growth in commission‑based revenue from broker partnerships.Position PFM strategically within the broker ecosystemDefine and communicate PFM’s value proposition to brokersIdentify positioning opportunities within the broker ecosystemCollaborate with internal teams to align messaging and partnershipsStay informed on broker trends, competitors, and market dynamicsRecommend improvements to strengthen PFM’s market positionSuccess looks like: PFM being seen as a strategic partner by brokers, leading to stronger deals and increased collaboration opportunities.Required Qualifications2–4 years of experience in a relevant role within the broker or trading ecosystem, including experience as an Introducing Broker (IB) or working at a brokerage firm.Strong understanding of the prop trading and brokerage space, including how partnerships, commissions, and IB models operate.Proven ability to build and manage business relationships, with a commercial mindset focused on revenue generation.Experience in negotiating partnerships, structuring deals, or contributing to revenue growth initiatives is a strong plus.Ability to identify opportunities, think strategically, and execute independently in a fast‑paced environment.Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken), with the ability to represent PFM professionally in external conversations.Self‑driven, ownership‑oriented, and comfortable working in a remote and asynchronous team environment.Hiring StagesWe keep our process simple, transparent, and respectful of your time. You’ll complete a short, role‑relevant task based on real Prop Firm Match partnership scenarios, with clear instructions and expectations, giving you insight into the type of work you would do in the role while allowing us to evaluate your approach, quality, and attention to detail, followed by structured feedback on your submission.Professional interview with the Head of Growth. At this stage, you will join a conversation with Joseph P., our Head of Growth. This will be a focused discussion on your approach to building broker relations, developing IB partnerships, and identifying growth opportunities within the brokerage ecosystem, while also giving you visibility into how we think about growth partnerships and monetiz
