OverviewGE HealthCare | Posted Mar 12 | Full-time | Riyadh Region | Negotiable | Advanced (5-10 yrs)Job Description Summary: The Product and Clinical Sales Specialist for MR Life Cycle is a customer-facing professional responsible for strategizing, forecasting, executing and implementing GE's MR upgrades, lift and replacement at GE MR users. The role requires understanding and articulating the IB offerings within the specific market, highlighting the value proposition tailored to customers. Collaboration with the account community including virtual sales, service sales and equipment sales channels is essential. Unlock your ambition, turn ideas into world-changing realities, and join an organization where every voice makes a difference, and every difference builds a healthier world.Essential responsibilitiesMaximize sales orders, margin, market share, and customer satisfaction of key diagnostic imaging modalities and business solutionsDevelop long-term customer relationships and high customer satisfaction while utilizing resources effectively in the team and GE businessesCompile lists of prospective customers and sales leads; follow up as necessaryOrganize product demonstrations, site visits and follow-upPrepare and coordinate tender responses and validate tender documentation in collaboration with Sales Account ManagersProvide pricing strategy and ensure pricing compliance for segment opportunitiesProvide training to all sales team members on strategy and product offeringsCoordinate customer follow-up and installed base actions to ensure maximum retentionRepresent the company at trade association meetings to promote products and the companyTrack market effectively and provide accurate current and forecast data using available information toolsCommunicate market information effectively to/from the field including competitor dataCommunicate with sales/marketing/service teams to maximize sales potential and relay leads to relevant colleaguesGenerate, record and maintain customer profiles, including key decision makersEnsure knowledge of and compliance with Company policies and quality processesOwnership of order and configuration quality at the point of entry to ensure accuracy and alignment with documented customer inputsDrive continuous improvement on related processes, work instructions, and procedures to standardize the Quality Management System; understand Global Privacy and Anti-Competition Policies and operate within themIdentify and report quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as requiredQualifications/RequirementsBachelors Degree (or equivalent) or significant selling experience in a medical fieldPrevious technical and clinical expertise in the MR modality (Must)Selling and negotiation skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational skillsTechnical expertise in Interventional is valuedAble to travelArabic - fluent, English - advancedTeam working skills (incl. ability to harness resources to achieve goal)GE Healthcare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
