About The RoleWe're looking for an IAM Operations Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to support and run SailPoint-based identity services in a production environment. This role is hands‑on and operational, focused on keeping IAM services stable, secure, and running smoothly while continuously improving processes and automation.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport day‑to‑day operations of SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or IdentityNowHandle identity lifecycle events (joiners, movers, leavers)Monitor provisioning jobs, connectors, and integrationsTroubleshoot access issues, failed provisioning, and SailPoint errorsSupport access requests, approvals, and certificationsWork with application teams to onboard and maintain integrationsAssist with SailPoint upgrades, patches, and changesMaintain runbooks, SOPs, and operational documentationSupport audits and compliance activities when neededLook for opportunities to improve automation and operational efficiencyRequirementsRequired Skills & Qualifications3-5 years of experience in IAM or security operationsHands‑on experience with SailPoint (IdentityIQ or IdentityNow)Solid understanding of identity lifecycle managementExperience with access provisioning and governance processesFamiliarity with Active Directory, Azure AD, and cloud appsComfortable working with ITSM tools (ServiceNow or similar)Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skillsPreferred QualificationsBasic scripting or automation (PowerShell, Java, REST APIs)Experience in managed services or production IAM environmentsExposure to audits or compliance frameworksSailPoint certification or formal training#J-18808-Ljbffr
