IAM Compliance Analyst

ResponsibilitiesIAM Access Review analyst will be managing the end-to-end cycle for Access reviews campaign with SailPointConfigure access reviews in SailPoint based on the requirement from compliance and application teamsPrepare Sailpoint system for launching and manage campaignsFront end the Access reviews campaigns and communication with different managers and application owners etc.Follow-up with reviewers to complete access reviewsWork closely with IAM Sailpoint team and customer IAM team for successful campaign and provide solution to access reviews issuesConduct access review solution walkthroughs in SailPoint and capability demoes as and when requiredProvide support in configuration of the solution and functional testing in line with functional and technical requirementsPrepare end user guides and provide training to end users and key stakeholdersGather requirements on access reviews for specific applicationsDefine, document, and help implement a process of change management in respect to access reviews. It should detail in step document about access reviews process in the customer organizationKey QualificationsMUST HAVE at least three years of IAM experienceMust have a good understanding of access reviews with identity governance productRequired - Must have experience in atleast one IGA product such as OIM, SailPoint, Saviynt etc.Required - Must have excellent written and verbal communication skillsRequired - Must have experience in functional, design and SOP documentsAdvantageous – understanding of complete IGA product solution and different modules such as JML, SOD etc.#J-18808-Ljbffr
