Hygiene Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hygiene Supervisor to join our team at Freelan Contract. As a Hygiene Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the hygiene and cleanliness of our facilities and ensuring that all health and safety regulations are met. This is a full‑time position with opportunities for growth and development within our company.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement hygiene and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environmentTrain and supervise a team of hygiene staff, including cleaners and janitorsMonitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipmentConduct regular inspections to ensure all areas are clean and up to company standardsCoordinate with other departments to schedule cleaning and maintenance tasksRespond to and resolve any hygiene‑related issues or complaintsEnsure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policiesMaintain accurate records and reports on cleaning activities and expensesConduct performance evaluations and provide to hygiene staffIdentify and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the hygiene departmentKeep up‑to‑date with industry standards and best practices for hygiene and sanitation.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferredMinimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in a hygiene or janitorial settingStrong knowledge of hygiene and sanitation procedures and regulationsExcellent organizational and time‑management skillsAbility to lead and motivate a teamStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant softwareAttention to detail and ability to multitaskPhysical ability to perform cleaning tasks and lift up to 50 pounds.#J-18808-Ljbffr
