Job Description You are a Camunda 8 API Developer responsible for designing and developing BPMN-based workflows using Camunda 8 and integrating them with microservices via RESTful APIs in an Agile environment. Your key responsibilities include: - Implementing connectors, workers, and message-based interactions in Camunda 8 using Java or Node.js - Troubleshooting and optimizing Camunda performance and workflow orchestration patterns - Participating in Agile ceremonies and providing input into sprint planning and retrospectives The qualifications required for this role are: - 3-5 years of experience with Camunda 7/8, preferably Camunda 8 Zeebe-based architecture - Strong hands-on experience with BPMN modeling, DMN tables, and worker implementations - Proficiency in REST API development using Java (Spring Boot) or Node.js - Experience working with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines - Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional Agile team and communicate effectively Additionally, experience with Camunda Operate, Tasklist, and Optimize, as well as knowledge of API documentation tools and AWS services, would be beneficial. Prior experience in banking/financial services, ideally working with HSBC, is also a plus.
