Hybrid Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer

Main Roles & Responsibilities:Provide L2 support for on-premises and cloud infrastructure (OCI, GCP, Azure, AWS).Manage servers, storage systems (NAS/SAN), virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper‑V, HCI/Cisco HX).Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure performance, capacity, and availability.Assist in deployment, configuration, and management of hybrid cloud workloads.Support cloud integration with on-premises systems and ensure connectivity, security, and compliance.Monitor cloud resource usage, optimize performance, and resolve incidents in coordination with L3/cloud teams.Respond to L2 incidents and service requests as per SLA.Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and elevate to L3/SME support where needed.Maintain incident logs and resolution documentation.Support networking components (LAN/WAN, switches, firewalls, VPNs) relevant to hybrid infrastructure.Assist with IP addressing, routing, and connectivity issues for on-prem and cloud systems.Implement configuration changes and follow change management procedures.Monitor and maintain backup and disaster‑recovery solutions.Ensure storage availability, performance, and integrity across SAN/NAS and cloud environments.Perform patch management, system updates, and software installations.Assist in capacity planning and infrastructure optimization activities.Keep up‑to‑date documentation of configurations, inventories, and operational procedures.Work closely with L3 engineers, cloud specialists, and vendors for escalations and issue resolution.Provide timely updates to NOC, IT operations, or project teams.Support deployment, migration, and upgrade activities in hybrid environments.Ensure security standards are maintained for both on-premises and cloud systems.Assist in compliance audits and implement recommended actions.Follow organizational policies for access, change management, and incident reporting.Requirements & Skills:Hands‑on experience with hybrid cloud platforms (OCI, GCP, Azure, AWS).Knowledge of virtualization technologies: VMware, Hyper‑V, HCI/Cisco HX.Strong understanding of networking concepts, storage (SAN/NAS), and backup solutions.Problem‑solving skills and ability to handle escalations efficiently.Good documentation, reporting, and collaboration skills.Interested candidates can send their CV & CERTIFICATES to celci@madre‑me.com or resumes@madre‑me.zohorecruitmail.com or +974 3011 1048.#J-18808-Ljbffr
