HVAC Technician

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESPlease note that this is not an exhaustive list of everything that needs to be done. Within this the key responsibilities for this position are:Planning and OrganisingPerforms corrective maintenance on HVAC systems as required and makes recommendations to management on improvementsAdvise his immediate senior of day to day problemsFollow up all purchase requests as required by Engineering department policyThe commitment & support that Engineering provides to all other departments will be self-evade and professional at all times.MaintenanceHe maintains repairs make adjustments stands to routine and planned maintenance maintenance request maintain compressors traps thermostats filters fans guest rooms FCUs fills in plant log as per instructionMaintains repairs carries out adjustments to compressors logs and readings while on dutyMaintains tools and equipment issued to himMaintains and repairs all refrigeration equipments in kitchen rooms and outletsCarrying out PPM for all the HVAC equipments in the property as per the schedule given to him by the managementQualifications :Must have the appropriate documented training from a technical/vocational institute.One year operating experience in a hotel engineering department.Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.Remote Work : NoEmployment Type : Full-time#J-18808-Ljbffr
