We support major defence and security organisations, law enforcement agencies, and sports clients, supplying them with reliable and safe munitions and services.Key Responsibilities:Responsible for the safe maintenance, repair or replacement of plant equipment and systems, to ensure maximum production quantity and quality, while supporting the policies, goals and objectives of LAHAB to meet organizational strategy and goals.Effective in installing and troubleshooting heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) and refrigeration unitsAdept at balancing air and water treatment systems in accordance to HVAC protocolsCore understanding of determining causes of malfunctions and correcting them properlyExceptional knowledge of providing technical assistant with the design and implementation of HVAC systemsStrong background in reading and interpreting instructions and safety procedures associated with HVAC processesProven ability to read schematics, single line diagram drawing and work plansAbsolute understanding of local building codesKnowledge of basic and advanced building components in relation to HVAC systemsSolid knowledge of using hand and power toolsPhysically dexterous to handle tasks effectively in extreme weather conditionsHighly experienced in handling electronic and mechanical systems effectivelyWell-versed in installing and repairing pumps, motors, fan coils and pipingGreat ability to determine whether a part of a system or the system in whole can be repaired or will need to be replacedKnowledge and ability to perform preventative and general maintenance tasks on HVAC systemsDeep understanding of fabricating equipment parts to meet specialty needs or replace parts that may not be readily available.Experience and Education:Vocational Trade Certificate.Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in industrial setup / hospitals / hotels / building HVAC managementGood command of English language.Valid UAE Driving license (manual vehicle) due to operational requirementTechnical Competencies:Breakdown & corrective repairHVAC Package unitsAir Handling Units (AHUs)ChillersSplit AC unitsWindow AC unitsPreventive maintenanceHVAC Package unitsAir Handling Units (AHUs)ChillersSplit AC unitsWindow AC unitsFault identification & troubleshootingInstallation of HVAC units / componentsSplit AC unitsWindow AC unitsInstalling individual parts (pumps, pipes, fans, compressors, etc.)WeldingGas weldingTechnical documentation knowledgeReading & understanding of technical (electrical, P&ID, etc.) schematics.Permits to workInstrument usage skillsMeasuring instruments (multi meter, clamp meter, etc.)Gauges (pressure, vacuum)Tools usage skillsPower tools (drill machines, jigsaws, angle grinders, etc.)Mechanical tools (pliers, wrenches, screwdrivers, etc.)#J-18808-Ljbffr
