We provide easy, reliable, and fast company formation services through our network of Professional Partners and Government Authorities.Job DescriptionThe Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Specialist is responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of indoor and outdoor systems to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of IFZA’s office buildings throughout the year. Key responsibilities include unit installation, restoration, repair and maintenance, as well as working with compressors, PCBs, motors, adaptor, furnaces, thermostats etc, along with diagnosing and resolving system control issues. The candidate should have strong technical expertise and be familiar with chilled water systems, Fan Coil Units (FCU), Variable Refrigerant Volume (VRV) systems, ducted split units, FAHUs, and package units.Installing, maintaining, and repairing various types of ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.Diagnosing electrical, control and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.Troubleshooting issues with a current system as they are identified.Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.Providing technical direction and on‑job training.Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.Categorizing and organizing inventory to limit unnecessary losses to the company.Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act.Conducting performance tests with specialized tools and adjusting system settings.Complying with service standards, work instructions, and clients' requirements.Assisting with client queries.Performing other job‑related duties as assigned by Management.RequirementsDiploma or ITI certification in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or Refrigeration (required).Strong ability to read HVAC layouts, ducting diagrams, control layout and technical manuals.Skilled in the installation and repair of AC units, chillers, FCU, VRV, Ducted split, ventilation systems, and thermostats.Solid understanding of refrigeration cycles, pressure gauges, and refrigerant handling (F‑Gas certification is a plus).Proficient in using tools like manifold gauges, leak detectors, vacuum pumps, and basic electrical instruments.Knowledge of UAE safety standards, environmental regulations, and indoor air quality requirements.Basic English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.UAE driving license is an advantage.ExperienceProven experience in event cooling setups, fit‑out HVAC installations, and temporary climate control solutions.Hands‑on experience with split ACs, ducted systems, VRV, FCU, FAHU, Chiller and portable cooling systems.Experience working in fast‑paced environments, including last‑minute installations and breakdown response.Familiarity with commissioning and balancing of HVAC systems.Comfortable working in fast‑paced environments, including night shifts or weekends when required.BenefitsInternational team (over 50 nationalities)24 annual leave daysAnnual flight homeLife insurance planMedical insurance plan (with the option to upgrade at your own cost)Invitations to participate in various company functions, staff events, and department team‑building eventsOpportunities to learn, develop and grow with the organizationBeing part of a motivated team and Moving‑Forward‑Company‑CultureSeniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionManagement and ManufacturingIndustriesGovernment Administration#J-18808-Ljbffr
