HVAC SITE ENGINEER

Penspen is looking for an HVAC Engineer for one of the Oil and Gas projects.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise installation of HV equipment including transformers, GIS/AIS switchgear, breakers, CTs, VTs, and protection panels.Coordinate site activities with contractors, subcontractors, and project teams.Plan daily activities and manage manpower to achieve progress targets.Coordinate with other disciplines to avoid clashes and ensure smooth workflow.Ensure work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, method statements, and project specifications.Monitor project progress and report on schedule, quality, and safety performance.Support testing, commissioning, and handover of HVAC systems.Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and site safety procedures.Qualifications & SkillsBachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC site execution within large-scale or complex construction projects.Strong understanding of HVAC systems installation methods and commissioning processes.Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.Excellent coordination, communication, and problem‑solving skills.Familiarity with international standards and UAE construction regulations is preferred.Prior experience on ADNOC projects preferred.Job DetailsRole Level: Mid-LevelWork Type: Full-TimeCountry: United Arab EmiratesCity: Abu DhabiCompany Website: http://www.penspen.comJob Function: Information Technology (IT)Company Industry: Professional Services#J-18808-Ljbffr
