HVAC Sales Engineer

<div><p>We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled HVAC Sales Engineer to join our RUUD DX&VRF business in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and supporting distribution partners and contractors in Dammam.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Promote and sell RUUD DX&VRF air conditioning solutions to contractors, developers, and distributors.</li><li>Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.</li><li>Build and maintain long-term business relationships with contractors and pro‑partners.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitor activities.</li><li>Collaborate with the sales team and management to ensure alignment with company goals.</li><li>Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up on tenders and projects.</li><li>Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely support and after‑sales service coordination.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications&Skills</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.</li><li>3–5 years of experience in HVAC sales (DX&VRF systems in Saudi Arabia).</li><li>Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, design concepts, and project applications.</li><li>Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing accounts.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
