About the job HVAC & Lighting TechnicianHiring HVAC & Lighting Technician (Maintenance)!Job PurposeResponsible for performance and execution of operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and modification of the assigned HVAC Systems.Reporting and RelationshipsReports to assigned supervisor.Regular contact with the Line department and other departments as required.Periodic contact with externa I team as required.Works according to established operational procedures and standards. Must use own initiative in taking process corrective action and in acting accordingly during emergencies. Completed work is subject to spot-check by supervisor.Generic AccountabilitiesEnsure all activities are undertaken in compliance with Company Safety, Health and Environment and Quality policies, regulations and standards.Ensure all activities undertaken comply with anti‑trust and competition laws and the Company firewall policies and procedures.Key Job AccountabilitiesFollow the System Completion activities during project phase (endorse B, C, E check sheets, systems walkdowns, punch verification and close‑out, start‑up).Carry out maintenance activities on a day‑to‑day basis.Perform preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance activities.Perform troubleshooting and execute repair as necessary.Perform modification and installation as required.Ensure COMPANY'S Policies and Procedures are always followed.QualificationsDiploma in Engineering or Technical Course or Trade Certificate.Shall be certified "Comp Ex awareness" certification to work for ATEX & EX type of Electrical/ Instrument apparatus (evidence certificate is required).Knowledge and/or ExperienceMinimum (8) years' experience in the Operation, Maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC Systems such as Power distribution, protection, breakers, motors and fully understand engineering drawing and schematic. Familiar with engineering component's use in hazardous zone classification.
