This diversification in activities and geography pays off by reducing our risk exposureJob DescriptionWhy This Role MattersThe HVAC Foreman supervises and executes daily HVAC maintenance activities at the STP, ensuring systems operate safely, efficiently, and as per maintenance plans. This is a hands‑on, execution-focused role responsible for directing technicians and completing assigned work.What You’ll DriveSupervise and execute preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems in the STP plantAssign and monitor daily work for technicians, ensuring quality and timely completionTroubleshoot faults and respond to breakdowns to minimize downtimeEnsure compliance with PM schedules, PTW, LOTO, and safety requirementsConduct routine inspections and monitor system performanceCoordinate materials, update CMMS records, and report daily activitiesWork with other disciplines and maintain proper housekeeping and safe work conditionsQualificationsDiploma or Technical Certificate in HVAC, Mechanical, or Building Services EngineeringMinimum 5+ years of HVAC maintenance experience, including 2 years in a supervisory/foreman role, preferably in STP or industrial plantsStrong knowledge of HVAC systems (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation) in operational environmentsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings, P&IDs, and manualsExperience using CMMS for maintenance planning and reportingGood understanding of PTW, LOTO, confined space, and HSE requirementsStrong troubleshooting, leadership, and team coordination skillsAbility to work in plant conditions and handle emergency breakdowns efficientlyWhy You’ll Enjoy Working with UsPositive Workplace CultureOpportunity to work with a leading international construction groupExposure to large-scale, high-impact projects in the Middle EastCollaborative, diverse, and professional work environmentCareer growth and development opportunitiesAdditional InformationA career at BESIX is a lot more than just a job, it's about being part of our changing and innovative world.
