HVAC Engineer

OverviewJASARA PMC is looking for a talented HVAC Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role involves designing and implementing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for various projects, ensuring quality and efficiency while adhering to safety and environmental standards. As an HVAC Engineer, you will work closely with project stakeholders to provide innovative and cost-effective solutions tailored to client needs.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and design HVAC systems that meet project specifications and applicable codesPerform heating and cooling load calculations, as well as equipment selection to optimize building performancePrepare detailed technical documents, including diagrams, specifications, and project reportsCollaborate with architects and construction teams to ensure seamless integration of HVAC componentsOversee installation processes and conduct system testing and commissioningEvaluate existing systems for functionality and energy efficiency, recommending upgrades or modificationsMaintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices, technologies, and regulationsRequirementsBachelor\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or related discipline5 years of experience in HVAC system design and engineeringProficiency with design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other engineering toolsStrong knowledge of HVAC systems, energy efficiency principles, and relevant standardsExcellent communication, teamwork, and project management skillsAbility to think critically and solve complex engineering problemsCertifications such as LEED or ASHRAE are a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
