HVAC Application Engineer

Basic RequirementsBE/ME in Mechanical Engineering degree.Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required.Strong knowledge of Autodesk Product Design Suite (specifically AutoCAD Navisworks Simulate AutoCAD Raster Design and Autodesk Recap) and/or Autodesk Inventor Autodesk Fusion 360.Understand a range of engineering functions and procedures.Knowledge of HVAC systems like Chilled Water System Cooling Towers Primary & Secondary pumping systems Hot Water System Different types of AHUs FCUs VAV systems etc..Provide trustworthy feedback and aftersales support.Experience in engineering installing and commissioning of HVAC & MEP systems for infrastructure projects like airports commercial buildings hospitals.Must be a quick learner & should have a keen eye for problem solving.Demonstrated skills experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.Ability to work independently.Proficient in written and verbal communication.Excellent time management & follow through skills.Contact Management skills.Must exhibit superior customer serviceUAE Driving license preferred.Job Roles & ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret BOQ and specifications.Prepare and participate in design reviews.Maintain a professional rapport with engineers hvac consultants contractors and end clients.Coordinate design efforts with all other groups and maintain project records.Ensure compliance with relevant standards and procedures.Review MEP drawings & identify HAVC equipment customer specific requirements and customization opportunities.Ensure product quality.Generation of initial review sheets and RFIs.Preparation of I/O Summery.Adherence with all processes and guidelines to execute project within timeline.Visit mechanical engineers consultants procurement and contractors to ensure our products are successfully specified.Provide job quotes to clients based on their project requirements.Become an invaluable technical advisor to the engineering and contractor community from the initial design phase of a project through the commissioning of the project.Complete required reporting such as scheduling target accounts call reports expenses etc.Comply with all company operating policies procedures and safety programs as established.Embrace new technologies and business savvy.#J-18808-Ljbffr
