Human Resources Supervisor

Location: Abu Dhabi Industry: Delivery & LogisticsAre you an experienced HR Supervisor looking for an exciting opportunity We are seeking a proactive HR professional with a strong background in human resources particularly within the delivery or logistics industry. If you have expertise in recruitment employee relations compliance and HR operations we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage daily HR operations ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE labour laws. Handle employee relations addressing grievances disputes and performance issues effectively. Process visa applications work permits and other necessary employee documentation. Conduct training sessions and performance evaluations to enhance workforce efficiency. Collaborate with operations teams to ensure workforce availability and resolve HRrelated challenges. Prepare reports on HR metrics workforce planning and key HR functions.Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.35 years of HR experience in the delivery logistics or transportation industry. Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle highpressure situations and resolve conflicts efficiently. Strong multitasking skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
