<div><p>A leading company in the car rental and transportation sector is seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources Supervisor to join its HR team. The company has established a strong reputation for delivering high-quality mobility solutions, exceptional customer service, and maintaining operational excellence across its departments.</p><p><b>Location:</b>Riyadh, Saudi Arabia</p><p>The Human Resources Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor regulations, and supporting talent management initiatives. This role requires strong leadership skills, hands-on HR experience, and the ability to manage multiple HR functions efficiently.</p><h3>Key Accountabilities</h3><ul><li>Manage and oversee daily HR operations and administrative processes.</li><li>Handle all HR-related activities through government platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, Labor Office, Muqeem).</li><li>Lead recruitment and talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.</li><li>Supervise performance management processes and periodic employee evaluations.</li><li>Support employee relations and resolve workplace issues effectively.</li><li>Assist in training and development initiatives to enhance employee capabilities.</li><li>Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll structure.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, governance, and Saudi labor laws.</li><li>Prepare HR reports and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).</li><li>Lead and manage the HR team to ensure efficiency and continuous improvement.</li></ul><h3>Knowledge, Skills, and Experience</h3><p>We are looking for:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>3+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a supervisory role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR regulations.</li><li>Previous experience in team leadership and HR operations.</li><li>Professional certifications such as SHRM or CIPD are a strong advantage.</li><li>Experience with HR systems and platforms is preferred.</li><li>Native Arabic speaker with professional-level English proficiency (spoken and written).</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
