<div><h3>Job Summary</h3><p>One of our clients are looking for HR Supervisor who is responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations within the Facilities Management sector, ensuring compliance with labor laws, company policies, and client requirements. The role supports a large, often multi-site workforce including technicians, cleaners, security, and operations staff, and plays a key role in employee relations, Saudization compliance, and operational HR support.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><h3>HR Operations</h3><ul><li>Supervise daily HR activities including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, and contract administration.</li><li>Ensure accurate maintenance of employee files (physical and electronic).</li><li>Coordinate with operations teams to support manpower requirements for FM projects.</li><li>Manage attendance, leave, overtime, and shift-related HR matters.</li></ul><h3>Recruitment&Manpower Planning</h3><ul><li>Support recruitment activities for operational and supervisory roles in FM projects.</li><li>Coordinate interviews, job offers and joining formalities.</li><li>Monitor manpower mobilization for new contracts and projects.</li></ul><h3>Employee Relations</h3><ul><li>Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and investigations in line with company policies.</li><li>Support performance management processes and probation evaluations.</li><li>Promote a positive work environment across multiple sites.</li></ul><h3>Compliance&Legal</h3><ul><li>Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and relevant regulations.</li><li>Manage government portals such as Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Absher, and Mudad.</li><li>Monitor Saudization (Nitaqat) targets and compliance.</li><li>Prepare HR reports and documentation for audits and client requirements.</li></ul><h3>Payroll&Compensation Support</h3><ul><li>Coordinate with payroll teams to ensure accurate salary processing.</li><li>Validate attendance, deductions, overtime, and allowances.</li><li>Support employee benefits administration including medical insurance and end-of-service calculations.</li></ul><h3>Policies&Procedures</h3><ul><li>Implement HR policies and procedures aligned with FM operational needs.</li><li>Ensure consistent application of policies across sites and projects.</li><li>Assist in updating HR SOPs based on operational changes.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>4–7 years of HR experience, preferably in the Facilities Management, contracting, or manpower-intensive sectors.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and government platforms.</li><li>Experience handling blue-collar and multi-site workforce is essential.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
