The Human Resources Specialist is responsible for implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee benefits, overseeing personnel management, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and laws. Additionally, they will provide support with recruitment and selection, employee relations, compensation and performance management.Qualifications:1-3 years Experience in HR in Saudi ArabiaStrong understanding of Human Resources (HR) concepts and practicesExperience in talent acquisition and recruitmentExperience in employee development and trainingExperience in HR management and personnel managementProven competency in HR policies, employee benefits, and compliance with local laws and regulationsExcellent analytical and problem‑solving skillsKnowledge in different government platformsKnowledge in different government support programs for companies & EmployeesStrong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and take initiativeHighly motivated and detail‑oriented with strong follow‑through skillsBachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.#J-18808-Ljbffr
