<div><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Support daily HR operations and administrative activities</li><li>Assist in recruitment processes including CV screening and interview scheduling</li><li>Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers during the hiring process</li><li>Maintain and update employee records in the HR system</li><li>Assist in onboarding and orientation for new employees</li><li>Support HR documentation and employee files management</li><li>Assist in preparing HR reports and internal communications</li><li>Provide general support to the HR team on different HR initiatives</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Good command of English (written and spoken)</li><li>Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Willingness to learn and develop in the HR field</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
