Job SummaryThe HR Specialist is responsible for supporting and executing key human resources functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with Saudi labor laws. The role ensures smooth HR operations and contributes to creating a positive workplace culture aligned with organizational goals.Key ResponsibilitiesEmployee RelationsAddress employee inquiries and concerns professionallySupport conflict resolution and disciplinary processesMaintain employee records and HR documentationHR OperationsHandle employee contracts, renewals, and documentationMaintain HR systems and employee databasePrepare HR reports (turnover, attendance, etc.)Performance ManagementAssist in implementing performance appraisal processesMonitor employee performance and provide support to managersCompensation & BenefitsSupport payroll coordination with financeAdminister employee benefits (medical insurance, leaves, etc.)Compliance & Labor LawEnsure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company policiesHandle GOSI, Muqeem, Qiwa, and other government portalsAssist with audits and HR policy updatesQualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field2–5 years of HR experienceKnowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practicesExperience with HR systems and government platforms (GOSI, Qiwa, Absher, Muqeem)Strong communication and interpersonal skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
