Human Resources Recruiter (HR Recruiter)

Job Description Role Overview: You will be part of the Talent Acquisition team at Job Adda Tech Pvt Ltd as a Non-IT Recruiter. Your main responsibility will be to handle end-to-end recruitment for non-technical roles in areas such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and HR. This role is fast-paced and target-driven, offering significant earning potential through monthly incentives. Key Responsibilities: - Understand client requirements and create precise job briefs for Non-IT positions - Source candidates from various channels like job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna), referrals, and social media - Review resumes and conduct initial telephonic/HR interviews - Arrange and manage interviews between candidates and clients - Keep the candidate database and recruitment tracker up to date on a daily basis - Stay in touch with candidates throughout the offer and onboarding processes - Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of both active and passive candidates - Meet monthly targets for profiles sourced, interviews scheduled, and positions filled - Collaborate with clients for feedback, offer releases, and confirmation of joining - Identify leads and foster new client relationships (an added advantage) Qualification Required: - Education: Graduate in any stream (BBA / B.Com / BA / BSc / MBA preferred) - Freshers welcome; training will be provided, prior HR/recruitment internship is advantageous - Experienced candidates: 6 months 3 years in non-IT recruitment preferred - Proficiency in verbal and written communication in Hindi and English - Basic computer skills: MS Excel, Google Sheets, email communication - Familiarity with Naukri, LinkedIn, or similar job portals is a plus - Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively under deadlines - Must be located in Jaipur or ready to work from the CBI Phatak office Additional Company Details: Job Adda Tech Pvt Ltd is a rapidly growing recruitment and talent solutions company situated in Jaipur.
