Job Description

SummaryWe are looking for a Human Resources Officer to support day‑to‑day activities of our HR department. The officer will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, and supporting the HR team in various HR functions related to Saudi Talent management.Job ResponsibilitiesAssist in recruitment processes including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires.Handle employee inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.Maintain employee records and ensure all HR databases are up to date.Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.Coordinate employee training and development programs; track training progress.Support performance management processes, including monitoring employee performance and providing feedback to managers.Assist in payroll and benefits administration.Manage employee relations by addressing questions and concerns related to HR policies and procedures.Support HR compliance efforts by ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia.Candidate RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven work experience as an HR Officer, HR Assistant, or similar role with a focus on Saudi Talent management.Knowledge of HR functions and best practices, including in‑depth knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently, especially in a fast‑paced environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
