Foreground is supporting a luxury hospitality group in the UAE to hire an HR Manager to oversee human capital strategy workforce engagement and operational HR excellence. This role is central to building a performance-driven culture while ensuring seamless HR service delivery across properties.Responsibilities:Drive HR operations including talent acquisition onboarding and retention.Develop policies aligned with labor laws and organizational values.Implement performance management systems and succession planning.Oversee employee relations grievance handling and engagement programs.Partner with leadership to ensure workforce capability aligns with business growth.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Human Resources or Business Administration CIPD certification preferred.7 years of HR experience in hospitality leisure or service industries.Deep knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices.Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.#J-18808-Ljbffr
