Job Description
Job OverviewThe HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes for a premium service company 37 employees based in Sharjah (SAIF Zone). This role is responsible for supporting business needs and ensuring the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives through effective HR management and compliance with UAE labor laws. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the company culture managing recruitment employee relations performance management and HR administration.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & OnboardingManage end-to-end recruitment process: job postings screening interviewing selection and onboardingCoordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and workforce planningEnsure all new hires comply with free zone and UAE labor requirementsEmployee Relations & ComplianceServe as the main point of contact for all employee relations issues grievances and conflict resolutionEnsure compliance with UAE labor laws and SAIF Zone regulations; manage visa work permit and other documentation processesMaintain employee records in line with regulatory requirements and data privacy standardsHR Policy & Process ManagementDevelop implement and regularly update HR policies procedures and employee handbookAdvise management on HR best practices and policy changesPerformance Management & TrainingLead annual performance appraisal cycles and implement performance improvement plans as neededIdentify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiativesCompensation & BenefitsAdminister payroll benefits leave management and other compensation activities accurately and on timeBenchmark compensation structures in line with industry standards and free zone practicesCulture & Employee EngagementFoster a positive work environment aligned with company valuesPlan employee engagement activities and initiatives to retain top talentQualifications & SkillsMBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification (preferably in Human Resources)Minimum 5 years experience in a similar HR Manager role within the UAE (premium service industry preferred)Proven experience working within a UAE free zone; SAIF Zone experience highly desirableStrong knowledge of UAE labor law and free zone regulationsExcellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skillsProficient in MS Office; experience with HRIS systems is an advantageHigh level of integrity and ability to handle confidential informationReporting LineReports to: General Manager / Managing DirectorRemunerationCompetitive salary benefits package commensurate with experience#J-18808-Ljbffr
