The successful applicant will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing and selecting new employees on behalf of the organization. You will have access to cutting-edge technology and tools that allow you to quickly source potential candidates.Job Responsibilities:• Source potential candidates through online job boards, social media platforms, database searches, referrals and other methods• Interview potential candidates in person or via video conferencing• Screen resumes and job applications according to set criteria• Conduct background checks on selected candidates• Develop job descriptions for different roles within the organization• Negotiate offers with successful candidates• Maintain accurate records of recruitment processesJob Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources or related field• Proven experience as a recruiter either in-house or agency based• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to quickly build rapport with potential candidates • Knowledge of standard recruitment practices and procedures • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)This job has no reviews yet.
